Good location near Tachikawa station. Rooms were quite spacious.

Wonderful

Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the closest JR station. Facilities are clean, elevator was always fast, check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. There are famous stores nearby. Staff is gentle.

Beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but they were not bad either. I wish there were rooms for families (we were 4 people but had to divide in 2 rooms).

Good location in Tachikawa

Good location, just 5 minutes walk from Tachikawa station. Room was clean, comfortable bed and specially I liked pillows and blanket. Breakfast was tasty, in Japanese style

Room was small(no space even for luggage, we kept our bags under beds) no cabinet only 2 hooks and 4 hangers.

Wonderful

Nice city view depending on which side room you get. The bathrooms look new and the rooms are well-maintained. Very comfortable pillows. Not far from the north exit of Tachkawa station on the Chuo line. Check out machine is convenient for checking out quickly

Smaller room and bath. Check-in can take a little time if you have to use the machine.

Enjoy to stay in this hotel. Will stay again!

Everything but the fridge didn’t work properly And I can get coffee and tea and towels and pajama almost every day.

I like everything. May be the elevator is old fashion. Consider the renting fee, it is ok.

Very good hotel just minutes from Tachikawa station- will certainly come back.

Did not take breakfast, but all facilities were excellent.

Wonderful

For location - close to Tachikawa Station's North Exit - and price, this hotel's hard to beat if you are in East Tokyo. Check in and out is relatively quick and there are some restaurants - Thai, Mexican, and a pizza place which serves craft beer close by.

Wonderful

This hotel is close to the train station and the staff are helpful. There's a nice Thai nearby and a decent Mexican (for Japan) which is a little trickier to track down. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. Honestly, that was the best hotel pillow I have slept on in a while.

The rooms are a little compact for two people with a bath on the smaller side.

Convenient, comfortable stay in the city.

Location was great, two blocks from the station with countless bars,restaurants and shopping all around. Staff were friendly, the room was a bit small but Ok and facilities worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable and room temp just right. Glad we could open the window. Thanks for the stay.

Great value for the room price. Closed to train station, bus stop, shops and dining options.

We reserved just a room. The room in the Tower is excellent, with convenient access to a store on the ground floor. We greatly appreciate the Hotel Management's response to our request for a different room from our first stay.

On our first night, May 14, 2025, we stayed in a room in the main building. Unfortunately, we had trouble sleeping because the room felt unsettling.

Comfortable with 4.45am wake-ups

This hotel is close to Tachikawa train station's north exit and is close to some good eateries. The beds are comfortable and the pillows soft.

I got woken up at 4.45am by someone banging around in the broom closet (which is next door to some of the rooms). I was getting up soon anyway but this is an issue if in a room near the elevators. The rooms are a little small for 2 people.

This is close to the north exit of Tachikawa station. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained.

The rooms are a little small for two people. The hotel encourages people to check in using machines which can be a little slow - though this is very quick at check out.
